How did you get into recruitment?
I'm originally from Norway and came to England to attend University. I had always worked in telesales since the age of 15 and, after graduating, I decided to look for something that would enable me to develop this skill and be rewarded for the work I was willing to put in.

I put my CV on some job sites and was offered interviews with recruitment companies including Huxley Associates. During the Huxley interview I felt that the managers were more interested in what I had to say and I was extremely impressed with their professional outlook.
