What does your role involve?
As a Recruitment Consultant in the IT team my role is to find suitable candidates for specific jobs and vice versa. I am responsible for the whole recruitment process, which is a nice challenge. At Huxley Associates each consultant specialises within a specific vertical market, which means we have to develop expert knowledge. My main core tasks consist of building a database of candidates and clients in this field, headhunting, attending meetings and maintaining business relationships. These tasks are all crucial to our business.
