We were delighted to find out that we had placed 14th in the Britain’s Top Employers 2008 book above many household names including ASDA, John Lewis Partnership, Oxfam and IBM UK ltd. This accolade reflects the importance we place on creating a fantastic working environment for our employees.
The judges from the independent Corporate Research Foundation (CRF), the organisation that decides which 78 companies deserve to be featured in the book, base their decision on criteria including pay and benefits, employee relations and corporate social responsibility.
In the Top Employers book, we were described as a "very open firm" and it states: "Huxley offer limitless opportunities. This is a true meritocracy where hard work and the right attitude can help you earn substantially and achieve pretty much what you want – while having fun along the way."
Huxley Operations Director Zoe Brent said: "I'm incredibly proud to be recognised so highly by such a prestigious publication. Whenever an independent assessment is done of your business its results are always insightful and we were pleased to learn that we had scored so highly. However, what is most important now is to continue to look at ways we can strive to improve for the future."
The success of Huxley Associates to date can be attributed to the strength of the people we employ and accolades like this have proved to be extremely effective in attracting the very best individuals to apply. We have also won the coveted ‘Great Places To Work’ award for the last four consecutive years.
