Was it the right decision?
Most definitely, I have been here for 2½ years and I have enjoyed high earnings and rapid career progression to Senior Consultant level. There are also lots of perks that come with success - I have been on all-expenses paid company holidays and lunch clubs in New York's finest restaurants. The people I work with are great too - there's a real work hard, play hard ethos.
