How did you get into recruitment?

I worked as a teacher in England for five years where I specialised in helping children with behavioural problems. I moved to Amsterdam to be with my husband and needed a new job, a friend of mine worked for Huxley Associates and thought recruitment would be something I would be good at. I had an interview, got the job, and have never looked back.
