What is your biggest achievement with Huxley Associates?

The German market was originally developed from our Amsterdam office before we opened an office in the heart of Frankfurt. It was a big challenge to move over here without being able to speak the language, but I realised it was a huge opportunity for me and Huxley and I embraced it.

My team and I have now developed a very lucrative market and that is something we can be very proud of.
