Aim high and never give up - I started as a trainee and became a manager after just two years, but that is not uncommon at Huxley Associates. If you are capable of achieving something then set your mind to it and keep going. Also, don't be afraid of being thrown in at the deep end, it is the best and fastest way to learn. Besides that, you will get all the help and assistance you need in order to succeed!
