What do you enjoy about the role?
Every day is different as a Manager and you never get bored in your job - there is always something to deal with. I really like the fact that the amount of work you put in will determine the amount of money you can earn, and you can also directly see your impact on the business. I also like the atmosphere in the Manchester office, it’s a very social place and I work with good people.
