How did you get into recruitment?

I graduated with a Masters in Victoria Literature, I was always into literature and theatre and I thought that that was the kind of area that I would work in. Recruitment was never something I was familiar with and I didn't think that I would work in a City based role.  I changed my mind when I interviewed with Huxley Associates. Huxley is the only recruitment agency  I would work for as it offers the Account Manger role, which isn't common in recruitment. I believe in what the company stands for and like the way that they make people the focus of the business.
