What does your role involve?
The majority of our time is spent at meetings with existing and potential clients - I attend around 30 a month.

The role of the Business Developer is to network and develop relationships with clients in order to secure future business with them and gain exclusivity so that they wont use any other recruitment agencies. We also deal with any issues that the client may have and train the consultants on how to pitch and hold successful meetings.
