What do you enjoy about your role?
One of the main things which attracted me to the role was the variation. Every day is different and working across the IT, Engineering and Oil & Gas teams means I get to meet a range of customers from Software Houses to Manufacturing companies. The role also gives me the satisfaction of being involved in the recruitment process from beginning to end - it sounds corny, but working with clients on niche roles and finding them staff is really rewarding.
