Do you enjoy the same incentives as other Huxley employees?
Yes, we have our own set of targets, but all the incentives are the same, including the car targets. I've been ski-ing 3 times, enjoyed a couple of trips to Ibiza and have recently hit 3rd level car which entitles us to an annual allowance, or a number of great cars including VW Toureg, Mercedes Cabriolet etc. Each month we also have the opportunity to hit Lunch Club and eat at one of Manchesters top restaurants.
